SHIPPING POLICY

HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE?
Orders are processed within 1-3 business days (Monday through Friday, excluding holidays). You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships.

Standard delivery: 5-8 business days after shipment
Express 1-2 day delivery: Available at checkout for an additional fee

Standard shipping: $4.99
Express 1-2 day shipping: $49.99
Free standard shipping on orders over $80

WHERE DO WE SHIP?
We currently ship to all 50 US states. We do not ship internationally at this time.

TRACKING YOUR ORDER
Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number by email. You can use this number to track your package directly through the carrier's website.

LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES
Sunnyside is not responsible for packages marked as delivered by the carrier. If your package appears lost in transit (not yet marked as delivered), please contact us at sunnysideshop22@gmail.com and we will work with you to resolve it.

INCORRECT ADDRESS
Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order. We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided at checkout. If you notice an error immediately after ordering, contact us right away at sunnysideshop22@gmail.com and we will do our best to correct it before shipment.
