Refund policy

We have a 30-day return policy. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return or refund.

ELIGIBILITY
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging. Items that have been inflated and used are not eligible for return unless they arrive damaged or defective.

DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE ITEMS
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at sunnysideshop22@gmail.com with photos of the damage. We will send a replacement or issue a full refund at no cost to you.

HOW TO START A RETURN
Email us at sunnysideshop22@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return. We will respond within 1-2 business days with return instructions. Do not send items back without contacting us first.

REFUNDS
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval decision. Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days. Your bank or card issuer may take additional time to post the credit.

NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS
- Opened skincare products (Glow Drops, SPF Shield, Sun Stick, Glow Gummies)
- Items returned more than 30 days after delivery
- Items not in original condition or packaging

EXCHANGES
We do not process direct exchanges. If you need a different color, please return your original order and place a new order.
